The premier Dutch manufacturer of high performance double offset and rubber-lined butterfly valves was founded in 1966 by the brothers Wouter and Johan Witzel who laid the foundation for what is today Wouter Witzel Eurovalve, a proud member of the AVK Group.

Wouter Witzel, the company who design the very first vulcanized butterfly valve, have recently implemented modifications to the complete range of their existing and extended Eurovalve series and in doing so have applied the ongoing developments and improvements in design, materials and production methods for rubber lined butterfly valves. With their new EV series they will be able to comply to the latest international valve requirements and further reduce the total cost of ownership.

LK Valves & Controls Ltd have recently invested in a new bespoke warehouse racking installation together with a new Bendi forklift. This capital expenditure is part of the company’s five-year plan to prepare for the anticipated increased in growth over this decade and beyond.

LK Valves & Controls Ltd are pleased to announce they have recently been appointed the representative for the Wouter Witzel range of valves for the UK’s INDUSTRIAL market.

Over the last 18 months LK Valves & Controls have embarked upon a program to improve their whole IT infrastructure, and in conjunction with this, the company has improved its cyber security.

Representatives from LK Valves & Controls recently attended SMM Hamburg, the world’s largest International trade fair for shipbuilding, machinery and marine technology.

This summer, both Babcock and Cammell Laird have conducted independent quality audits at LK Valves & Controls premises in Liverpool and we are delighted to report that the company has successfully passed both audits with these prestigious companies.
